- 1 Do I need a username and password to place an order?
No, these are not necessary. You can place an order and check out as a guest without having to register.
- 2 How do I place an order?
Ordering on our website is easy. Add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to log in to your account (you will need to sign up during your first visit) or check out as a guest.
Creating an account enables you to keep track of your order, manage your preferences, easily place repeat orders and stay up to date on the latest Tout About Toys news.
Choose your delivery method, shipping address and your preferred payment method. Once you've successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address given during checkout. From there our customer service team will process your order and follow up with you if necessary.

- 3 What are your shipping charges? Do you ship overseas?
For UPS ground shipments, your shipping charge will be calculated at 15% of the merchandise subtotal for orders delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. There is a minimum shipping charge of $15.00 for all orders.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and PPO and all other international orders, we will ship items via U.S. Postal Service and will be charged actual freight based on the weight of the order.
Orders that can only ship within the 48 contiguous states via truck line/common carrier will be charged exact shipping charges. We will provide you with an updated shipping charge for approval upon receiving your order.

- 5 Can I change or cancel my order?
- We make every effort to have your purchases shipped as soon as possible. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service department for details.
